Easy to navigate and helps keep track organized

I like how easy it was for me as an agent in my agency when we were getting new agents trained, they could just log into our account without even having prior experience with Ticketmaster (or any other software). It has been very helpful so far but there are some things i would change if possible! Like sometimes you have multiple options of tickets being open at one time which can be confusing because its not always clear what option will close first or get closed last etc.. There needs moreโ€ฆ

It's very easy to use, has all the necessary features you need. The interface is clear and user-friendly. If you are looking for something with a lot of customization options, this product might not be best fit for you. I have used it for years now and would highly recommend it. We were solving a problem of getting our users to understand how to solve their issues through proper channel management. This helped us in making sure that they get the right information at the right time, so that weโ€ฆ
