Overall very good but you have to remember when purchasing that this is for very small cats such as cats under 8lbs. I think my cat is a little over six and over two years old so I don't see her getting any bigger although I've tried to fatten her up but she is very happy with the end product. My only complaint was that the build came with a very incomprehensible sheet of paper instructions from just one photo, and also there is a crack under the house and the chipboard is not enough to really damage the product's integrity or functionality affect, but yes, as I said, that's my only complaint, it should have been in very good condition, so I was a bit surprised to see a crack in the little house, but my cat is very happy!😺
