WARNING DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. We assembled the product and loaded the bikes according to the instructions. The article seemed solid. We took the New York Highway and then exited the NJTP. Shortly before the toll booth, the bike rack with the bikes attached to it was completely blown out of the car. ALL straps are LOST. This was my first experience with the stand. It was BRAND NEW. Luckily, a tractor trailer pulled up in the middle lane and picked up all three bikes still attached to the bike rack, saving our lives and the lives of others on the road. That could have been a great tragedy. My 13 year old daughter cried because it was her new birthday bike with a dented wheel and a torn seat. My brand new bike - never ridden, same front wheel warped and bike seat cracked. My husbands brand new bike which we thought was fine NO the bearings are a mess. I just thank god nobody died. Can replace bikes but not life. If I could give him NEGATIVE NUMBERS NEGATIVE 100! DD
