I put it on hold as I was upon receipt of delivery.

I put it aside after receiving the delivery as I was busy with other things. Now when I tried to retrieve data from my old 3.5 floppy disks, I tried to insert the floppy but the floppy wouldn't go in. I checked the slot but nothing was blocking the opening. Too much time has passed to return it.
