I really wanted to like this headset but I'm so disappointed in it. I was interested in the headphone aspect because no gaming company sells mono headsets. I can use it with an earbud that I like but it still falls off my head. The hard plastic sheet is too big (same problem as cans), it fits in one ear but not the other so it keeps falling off. Maybe I have a small head, or it's a female problem, I don't know. And as annoying as it is, I can't get over the fact that I get SHOCK in my ears every time I have a blanket on my lap or one of my cats leaves my lap. There seems to be a grounding problem. The mute button is good, the cord length is good, but that's about it. I regret the purchase because I'll probably have to put up with it and buy something of equal if not more expensive to replace it.
