My most recent interaction with the TABYS online shop was disappointing. I ordered some products for alternative medicine, but it took much longer than I had anticipated for arrival. In addition, I discovered that some of the products were outdated and useless when I got them. I attempted to speak with TABYS customer service about the problem, but they responded slowly and ineffectively. The length of time it took to receive a resolution—multiple days and emails—was unsatisfactory. TABYS falls short of other online health retailers in terms of both customer care and product caliber. It's challenging to defend the disappointing experience I had with them because their costs are higher than some of their rivals'. Overall, I would not advise purchasing health and household items from TABYS online shop. There are superior choices with more dependable customer service and better goods.
