The retractable shoulder strap is great!

This is a great style for my laptop and documents. I replaced my (very) old suitcase in the same style and couldn't find it locally. The retractable shoulder strap is a big plus. I would say I prefer the old style pockets in the main compartment as the velcro pockets aren't as secure as they used to be. But otherwise a really good case. And I think the product was better than the same price offers I found at Staples. I'm happy.
