Cheaply made. Save another $50 and buy a bag that will last more than a few weeks before you have problems. After a month or so I was having constant problems with zippers sticking (outer curved zipper, not the main zipper) and the shoulder strap won't retract unless I bang on the bag. Looks like the zippers are catching on the inseam of one of the interior panels. Really silly design to have a seam in the pocket so close to the zipper tracks. In fact, it's also a bit clunky. My husband has been using the same briefcase for years. It's his business. The last one we ordered before Christmas had unzipped and unzipped. Exchanged within 24 hours. The exchange goes without problems. I gave this 5 stars as there can always be an item that escapes quality control. We will order it again when it becomes available when he wears it out. Note! This is a great style for my laptop and documents. I replaced my (very) old suitcase in the same style and couldn't find it locally. The retractable shoulder strap is a big plus. I would say I prefer the old style pockets in the main compartment as the velcro pockets aren't as secure as they used to be. But otherwise a really good case. And I think the product was better than the same price offers I found at Staples. I'm happy.

This briefcase is well made and the smart strap is a really smart idea and works as advertised. It has many compartments and the laptop compartment has a strap to keep the laptop in place. There's a small accessory pouch that may or may not fit your power supply, but that's an added bonus. 2 years update: I still carry this bag every day. The only problem is that the retractable strap is a bit flimsy. I received this bag about 6 months ago.
