So here's my 2 cents, all in all I worked less than 24 hours. This is a beautiful laptop, but you get what you pay for. Initially, I had a problem disabling S mode, which is similar to safe mode for kids. I couldn't download Chrome or Netflix (anything). So I spent at least three hours on the phone with Microsoft technical support. The laptop was also very slow. The reason I still give it stars is that Microsoft tech support was able to fix the problem for me with Quick Assistance, even though the seller screwed it up by not updating the software to date (they take over your computer for you and do the tedious technical ** ** that we don't know how to do and fix it I was close to getting it back but I seriously hate giving things back so Microsoft has this one Problem solved for me.Overall I like it.NOW that the problems have been solved but I would only buy it if you don't mind calling Microsoft to update it for you.Not that much money spent so guess i it's not so bad to go it In order to have the optimal experience I was at work so I had to reschedule calls so it took longer If you know how to do it yourself Please be my guest I I'm pretty tech savvy and couldn't do all the coding bullshit they did. Hope that helps.
