Review on Digital Ignite by Mark Crawford
Digital ignite is a great agency to work with and they are very professional
The best thing about digital ignite is that they have been working for years in this field of marketing, so if you are looking to work together as an agency there will be no surprises or hidden costs when it comes time pay your bills! They don't provide enough resources but I think once we get into our full-fledged plan things should improve drastically (we're currently at 50% utilization). My team has found them very professional yet friendly - everyone from their sales people all way through senior leadership understand what needs doing well beyond just writing some code / copywriting etc..
Pros
- Their tech side was great; both engineers/architects were really good communicators & knew how technology worked which made my job much easier than other consultants who didn’t know anything technical nor had any idea where certain servers could live within Amazon network architecture :)
Cons
- Unfortunately too many clients want everything done by one person with only 1 hour per day availability
