Paper keeps jamming - probably 8 out of 10 sheets are lost. Apparently I tried reseating the cartridge and repeatedly checked the cartridge, printer, paper tray, etc. to make sure there was no debris or other causes. I could not find the cause of the problem. In a last ditch attempt to make sure it wasn't the printer, I put the old cartridge back in. it left streaks. Not perfect, but functional. After printing about 10 pages on different media (the same standard letter-size paper from the main paper tray), the problem magically disappeared. Long story short, I had a defective pad that somehow caught the paper as it fed.
