Paper keeps jamming - probably 8 out of 10 sheets are lost. Apparently I tried reseating the cartridge and repeatedly checked the cartridge, printer, paper tray, etc. to make sure there was no debris or other causes. I could not find the cause of the problem. Paper jams every time I try to print two-sided pages. I have reinstalled the cartridge many times and turned the printer off and on many times. I put my old cartridge back in and the printer prints fine on both sides. It does not jam when doing single-sided printing or single-sided copying, and the print is slightly lighter than the original Samsung cartridge. I have bought several of these toner cartridges. I worked the last 3 well for about 100 pages, then they left streaks and ink residue all over the paper. At first I thought it was the printer itself but decided to try a genuine Samsung cartridge before giving up. An original Samsung cartridge has now printed hundreds of pages with no problems. The TG is not very expensive, but still not worth the money.
