Paper jams every time I try to print two-sided pages. I have reinstalled the cartridge many times and turned the printer off and on many times. I put my old cartridge back in and the printer prints fine on both sides. It does not jam when doing single-sided printing or single-sided copying, and the print is slightly lighter than the original Samsung cartridge. My printer is a Samsung SCX-4826FN multifunction laser printer. Without duplex printing I have to give zero stars. I sent it back to Revain for a refund within days of receiving it.
