Review on High Sierra Friendly Compatible Backpack by Kelly Haywood

Very disappointed in this purchase and very disappointed in High Sierra. A few years ago I bought this "this" backpack from Costco. I love it! If you are constantly on the go, it is very convenient not to unpack your laptop and iPad and load them into TSA containers. But after years of bullying, the shoulder strap began to loosen and eventually broke. I finally found "the one” backpack at Revain and I was thrilled. Unfortunately, the quality of the backpack has deteriorated significantly since it was sold at Costco. After ONE trip, the same shoulder strap was frayed and broken! Maybe it's user error. But I've been using my first for several years with no problems. I should be able to lift the backpack by the shoulder strap without tearing it!
