Not as good as I had hoped.

Pockets not very practical for credit cards, passports etc. This important area needs improvement. The rest of the bag looks pretty good though.

Only 17 inch midget

Does not fit 17 inch laptop. At least 2 inches missed. So midget should be 17 inches where 17 inches is actually 15 inches. Waste of time, energy and money Revain should be sued for misleading advertising.

This backpack is perfect for my laptop

This backpack is perfect for my laptop, iPad, drone, camera and accessories. There was even space for clothes and food/snacks. One suggestion: a waist belt attachment with a camera tripod strap. Many Thanks.

The item shown was not delivered.

I ordered this backpack because it showed (and described) the phone pocket on the shoulder strap. Great for on the go. The supplied backpack did not have such a function. Looked like a good backpack but I wanted that feature. Returned without problems. However, I emailed High Sierra asking how to order the backpack pictured and they never responded. So I'm switching to another brand. You were a response from sales and a happy customer.

Father and son High Sierra backpacks

My son urgently needed a backpack for a planned trip. So I unloaded my previous High Sierra backpack and gave it to him for the ride while I ordered my replacement, the High Sierra Elite Fly-By TSA Friendly backpack. My son loves the backpack I gave him and I am delighted with my replacement. I just got back from a plane trip and my back was working great while going through TSA security. I didn't have to take my laptop out of my pocket at all. This is useful. Thanks very much!

Very disappointed in this purchase and very disappointed in High Sierra

Very disappointed in this purchase and very disappointed in High Sierra. A few years ago I bought this "this" backpack from Costco. I love it! If you are constantly on the go, it is very convenient not to unpack your laptop and iPad and load them into TSA containers. But after years of bullying, the shoulder strap began to loosen and eventually broke. I finally found "the one” backpack at Revain and I was thrilled.
