Bought some of these for my nephew. You absolutely love them! One uses it as a night light and the other just likes to have it in the background while studying. The remotes are handy, but they need line of sight to work, which can be an issue when the kids are dirty (like most kids) and there's something in front of the base. One of the lights changed color much faster than the other, which caused a bit of an issue because the boy who wanted a backlight while studying didn't like his light changing color so quickly. Since the other boy wanted it to be just one color, this was quickly remedied by swapping the dragon lights with each other. The lights are very bright and the plexiglass engraving looks amazing! I couldn't figure out why one light was spinning faster than the other, but other than that it was the perfect gift.
