Great product but you can't find replacement filters. Why?

I bought this device, it works perfectly, now it's time to replace the filter, but there is nowhere to buy one! I tried emailing this company but absolutely no response. Eventually the filter will need to be replaced and if I can't find a replacement filter I'll end up with a giant paperweight. Before they enter
