We bought them on August 24th. They were decommissioned at the end of October. The material that holds the velcro rings is made of a cheap material. It slowly starts to tear until it breaks in half, leaving you unable to close the tip. I can't return her because she's been out the window for a month. Overall I think a rubber toe cap would hold up well on a scooter. But I won't buy another pair because they fall apart too quickly.
