First: Yes, ECS-DUPR works with cordless phones!. It works with: my analog phone line + analog cordless phone (e.g. Panasonic KX-TG2832) + voice recorder (e.g. SONY ICD-PX440) + ECS-DUPR call recording adapter. This is very clear sound with no noise. ECS-DUPR is very small (less short than a credit card), which is great. It includes all accessories (cables) shown in the picture, so it's a complete plug and play kit (no extra cables required). The sensitivity at the start of the recording is set via the volume of the ECS-DUPR dimmer or your recorder (e.g. SONY). For example, my SONY automatically starts recording only in response to sound with VOR (Voice Control Recording) and pause. automatically when there is no sound. I am very satisfied with the purchase of ECS-DUPR.
