I loved this watch from day one. Basically, I was looking for a sleep tracking smartwatch. I have this and more. Extremely easy to use, this product has many background options from simple to very technical. You can view your heart rate, blood pressure, weather and forecast, sleep quality and quantity, date, time, text messages, calls, etc. and battery life. The display dims when you're not looking at it. So the more you look, the faster it goes out. A quick flick of the wrist or a button press toggles the screen off/on. What I like about this watch over others is how much you get for such a low price. My wife has a similar watch from another brand that costs less but costs more. This is a very modern looking watch that definitely looks impressive considering the low price. You can play music with this watch, but I haven't messed with it. I have a problem with this watch and all smartwatches under the sun because they are bigger than the standard non-smartwatch. I got used to it, but it took a while.
