After 2 brooms from a local shop ended up in the bin because the handles were bent or broken (and I wasn't a big fan of sweeping) I ordered this based on positive reviews. After super quick assembly and sweeping the kitchen and floor near the dog door, I was so impressed I ordered another one. Pros: The metal handle is strong but not heavy. Don't worry it will bend or break. The handle has a plastic grip on top and a softer foam grip partially on the bottom where your other hand naturally grips the broom. Nice function! The bristles really catch everything. I have 3 medium to large dogs, one of which throws like a yeti. The unruly fur swept up easily and either ended up in my trash heap or clinging to the stubble for easy removal. Cons: none yet. I will update if necessary. I will leave one for the interior and one for the porch and back deck.
