I bought an Ispring reverse osmosis system a few years ago and it's great. I believe the water pressure in my apartment building caused one of the 3 filter canisters to rupture so I found what I thought was an ISpring replacement for Revain and when it arrived it was exactly the same dimensions and threads looked the same off, but that wouldn't wind it up. It was something like that, I tried and tried in vain. I contacted ISpring customer service and spoke to Nick. It took a few calls to find out exactly what size I needed but Nick answered, called me back several times and a replacement was sent. I'm not used to companies standing behind their products and answering the phone. Good for ISpring. Talk to Nick!
