Review on MICHELIN Pilot Sport 4 245/40 R19 98Y summer by Stanislaw Jastrzebsk ᠌

The ratio of price and quality is very pleasing, I will repeat the purchase.

My 3 liter W212 tires are 245/40/18 and 265/35/18 in size. At first, I didn't even consider writing a review since. I didn't feel the need to add anything more because everything seems to have been expressed. The car felt completely different after installing this rubber; it was like driving on iron. Yokohama advan sport tires were previously available, and they were cool, but these are on another level. Well, this criterion is commonplace and for such a cost of tires - this expect of course. However, when driving fiercely along the ring road, 160-200 grip the road very well, well, I mean not just in a straight line, but like a snake along the road (well, of course, such tires are chosen for a quiet ride). I was pretty surprised by how the tires operate in wet conditions, so at 130 to 140 I deliberately drove into a deep rut on the CAD to see if there was any resistance. On my old rubber, when rebuilding in a water rut, I would sweat all over, but here you don't really feel it. I didn't even exert any effort. On a dry road, fantastic sensations are expected, therefore I was often more astonished by how she acts on a wet one. When changing lanes smoothly and swiftly back and forth, you don't notice secrecy on a dry road, but it doesn't throw you off too terribly. The inquiries here, however, focus more on the roads in our lovely St. Petersburg and the various broad tires. Whoever is debating whether to take them or not should surely do so if they enjoy driving more than simply straight lines. You will experience many different feelings and, most importantly, have complete control over your vehicle. I won't say anything about braking or noise because I never had issues with these things before.

Pros
  • At the turn's entry, moving quickly and as though on rails It performs far better on slick roads than I had anticipated.
Cons
  • When I made the decision to purchase these tires, St. Petersburg had almost no inventory, and I had to wait two weeks for delivery.
