We needed a permanent lint remover to clean where the floor meets the wall in our home. There will be a lot of fluff and fuzz inside, in addition to the cat hair since we have two of them. Once I got this lint remover in my hands, I used it on the wall and it did an exciting job of picking up dirt while I "combed" the floor, so to speak. Then I went to the stairs, there could be a breeding ground for lint/fluff/hair etc as well and got a big handful of trash as I was cleaning it along the stairs. It was easy to clean up all the junk and keep using the tool. It's a good weight and doesn't feel flimsy, so you're comfortable really getting in and scrubbing hard to get all the lint and such out. I am very happy with my purchase!
