very easy to install
At first I was very put off by the picture only instructions that came with it. When I figured it out, it's very easy to install. The only complaint I have is that the 2 screws don't fit in either socket. Instead of messing around trying to find another way to make it work, I went to Home Depot and bought 2 screws for less than $1. You must have a socket wrench tool. I can't imagine how else you could drive screws into a bolt without it. After I posted my dissatisfaction with the instructions, someone from the company emailed me written instructions. What a fantastic service that is almost unknown. Without the HD trip the total time would be <1 hour.
