Well I've only been using it for a few days so I'm still figuring out how to properly fit the brace. Having said that I have to say I have been suffering from a bone spur on my right foot for a number of years, today I have been wearing clear gel heel cups and soft arch supports and for the first time in months I am actually pain free from my spur. It's worth it for that alone! Thanks very much! Edit: OK, I've been using this for a little over a week now and I have a few things to say. First, my pain was so severe that I hobbled around most of the day. If I had to stand on my feet for a long time, I was close to tears at night. The massage and tens block were my only source of relief and it was temporary to say the least. I bought this in hopes of relieving some of that pain and I only wish I had bought it sooner. While it may feel a bit uncomfortable at first, it works wonders once the brace is properly adjusted to the curvature of your ankle and foot. Stretching that tendon, but not as painful. I started 30-45 minutes before bed, now I wear it about 2-3 hours at night. I wear gel heel cups during the day and I really could jump like a kid for joy now. This is the first time in years that I have woken up and walked without pain and I was able to shop and walk a bit and at the end of the day I had almost no problems. Thanks for a great product. My quality of life has improved enormously as a result. If you suffer from heel spurs due to plantar fasciitis, buy this, try this, it worked so much better than anything the doctor ever recommended.
