I ordered this quilted ironing board. That's the perfect height for my table. This is a plus. However, when I looked at the pictures before ordering, the picture showed a cotton pad and a cotton case. The one I received had a thin foam backing that would quickly burn or melt with my quilting iron. The cover is thin and doesn't look like 100% cotton that will then burn with an iron. I spent about $10 and an hour of my time buying 100% cotton quilted batting and muslin to make a new cover and lining. What can I do. What keeps making me shake my head is that this ironing board is PLASTIC! In fact, is something that has a 400 degree iron plastic? I have yet to try this to report if this ironing board can stay flat at 400 degrees. I keep my box to send back if it doesn't work. So far this ironing board doesn't look very good. I will update my review if the ironing board stays together.
