After about a month of operation, the hard drive keeps rebooting. Contacted Revain tech support, they were unable to help resolve the issue. They said it was probably a memory card problem, went through the steps to fix it but it didn't work. Revain tech support called Zosya several times on my behalf but got no answer, they asked me to leave a voicemail. The voicemail has not left a reply from Zosi support up to this date. Our system is practically useless at the moment. I also called Zosya and only managed to get voicemail with no live person. Stay away from this article. There is no tech support and it seems several people are having the same issue with this model.
