Good system: Video surveillance

The system is very easy to use. PLEASE NOTE: This is without a hard drive so you will need to install the internal hard drive that I had when I bought it. Installation was very easy. My only complaint is that we just found out that one of the cameras doesn't switch to night mode. I should call the company and see what they can do for us. I'll try to update if that happens. Also, I really like this system.

The box itself is compact, which is good for desk space, but the noise it makes is too bulky.

I've had several security systems and this is by far the loudest. The box itself is compact, which is fine for a desktop, but the noise it makes is uncomfortable. The system is quite easy to use with basic and advanced options. It's really difficult to position the cameras where you want them as the mount is difficult to align properly to lock it in place and the wire coming out the back gets tangled and the camera moves too much.

Excellent Customer Service/Tech Support

I use this system to monitor my Evacuation Station 365 24/7. However, a couple of weeks ago the system froze and I couldn't access the menu (which turned out to be a faulty mouse I found). I also couldn't connect to the internet, which turned out to be an Xfinity issue. I then contacted zosi tech support and Koko walked me through many steps to no avail. Constant reboots after 30 days of use. Zosia's support is not responding!

After about a month of operation, the hard drive keeps rebooting. Contacted Revain tech support, they were unable to help resolve the issue. They said it was probably a memory card problem, went through the steps to fix it but it didn't work. Revain tech support called Zosya several times on my behalf but got no answer, they asked me to leave a voicemail. The voicemail has not left a reply from Zosi support up to this date. Great system for your money. Excellent customer support team.

Bought this system for my new home. Easy installation and configuration. Very good system for the money. The app may need a small update, but overall it works well. I had an issue with one of the cameras that failed after installation. I have contacted support.
