Bought this system for my new home. Easy installation and configuration. Very good system for the money. The app may need a small update, but overall it works well. I had an issue with one of the cameras that failed after installation. I have contacted support. To my surprise, Koko, the customer service specialist, responded to my email within a few hours of sending it. Coco was very helpful, she gave me some troubleshooting tips. I tried all the troubleshooting tips but unfortunately they didn't work. Coco thoroughly tested the system I have and set up delivery to replace the camera. A camera replacement is on the way, should be here this week. I am very happy with how the support team handled this situation. Thank you Coco
