I was looking for a splitter that would fit my Ram 1500's factory dash. With 3G being phased out I was on the verge of losing Uconnect remote functionality. There is an adapter for the obd2 port but it stuck out and was too easy to knock off. So I used that to hide the adapter under the dash and you never know it's there unless you crawl under to see it. All I had to do was squeeze the tabs on the side of the factory connector and pull the fitting out. Insert it into the splitter and plug one end of the splitter back into the factory fitting. Glad it worked.
