I appreciate how easy it is to use, especially because you can do so without downloading any files/extensions. It's very simple! You're able to pull up multiple databases at once with ease as well which saves me lots of time when looking through my research. Also like that there are no extensions required (browser plugins). The only drawback would be if something happens where their servers go down but they have great customer service who will address your issue immediately by upgrading your account back online quickly. This software has allowed us access to many different data sources from all over the world within minutes instead of hours/days. My team has been researching people across Europe using various languages including Greek, Italian, Polish etc., allowing us quick results while we continue our work.
