I like that you can set up your own templates for emails which makes it easier than other email services out there (like gmail).

You also get analytics so if something isn't working then we know exactly what's going wrong! The only thing I dislike about this platform is having an account with them has been made more difficult since they recently switched from google apps to their cloud service - meaning now when someone clicks through to one of our newsletters or campaigns via mailchimp etc our subscribers are being sent directly into their inboxes rather than staying within our website as before where all notifications were done using the same system. We've had issues previously but have always got support straight away however not enough time was spent by staff at ACELLE MAIL fixing those problems because they wanted us back again soon after!
