Great product, easy customisation and good customer care

I like that you can set up your own templates for emails which makes it easier than other email services out there (like gmail). You also get analytics so if something isn't working then we know exactly what's going wrong! The only thing I dislike about this platform is having an account with them has been made more difficult since they recently switched from google apps to their cloud service - meaning now when someone clicks through to one of our newsletters or campaigns via mailchimp etc…
