These wires were used to insert masks between layers of fabric. I made about a hundred masks from these wires. I figured the length and width would be a good size for masks with an adhesive backing, plus to hold them in place. But the glue is not strong enough to stop the wire from moving. I managed to get it out from under the fabric to adjust the wire before sewing. After that, I could still carry it in my pocket. According to family and friends, the wires broke in half within weeks of wearing and washing the masks. :( Too tedious and time consuming to take apart masks to change wires.
