I put these on the minute they arrived and have only taken them off to sleep since then. The foot bed is very sculpted and supportive to your arches and heels. I have bad knees and ankles and they hate that I love wearing flip flops so much. These are the first truly supportive flops I've ever found. They do run a little big/wide, but one of the straps is adjustable so you can tighten or loosen it to fit you perfectly. It took me a day or two to adjust to the shape of the sole, but once I did I've had no pain or stiffness since then.
