I started my health journey in January 2020. One of my goals is to consume at least 64 ounces of water per day. This was difficult until I bought my Hydro Mate! Time markers on the outside help me spread my water intake throughout the day. It's very durable, I've dropped it on the pavement twice. I add cucumber and lime to the water to make the straw a little dirty and difficult to clean. I found a very thin straw brush at Walmart and that solved the problem! Overall it was very effective, love the color and it's easy to use! I can only warmly recommend the purchase.
