I like that they are able to customize every aspect for your business needs including software configuration management systems as well data migration from one system or tool set into another (like SAP). The support team does excellent work when working through issues/problems - both technical & non-technical! It's not perfect but it gets close enough so we can continue forward without major pain points down road if things change too much within our organization structure over time vs what was originally intended by us initially purchasing their product(s) at least up until now!! We have had success migrating most everything needed back out onto new equipment using this method which has saved quite some money since nothing really came free anymore than any other solution would've cost anyways. I like that they are able to create custom reports for our business needs (e.g., top vendors/customers). The reporting system can be cumbersome at times and require some training but once you get it down its easy! We're using this software as part of an ERP solution so we have other providers who help us set up customized dashboards which makes life easier when needing quick access to data.
