It is important to continue tightening the screws after assembly until the chair has settled. It must be checked for stability and the screws tightened. After about 3 or 4 pulls I haven't had to tighten them anymore, they have settled in very well, but I would advise users to check from time to time that the plastic screws holding the legs to the seat are fully tightened. I have not used the handrail either because it is quite clear that it is not a proper safety handrail by design safety standards, so should not be used for safety purposes.
