I like that we can track our records with multiple vendors through one platform without having many systems or apps for each vendor/client relationship! It is very easy when you are managing your clients' data requests (DR's) because it has all of their DRs listed together so its really quick once i find what they need again if there was something missing while reviewing my previous work order! The only thing about this app would be how much information gets stored within My Recordings folder which sometimes makes searching difficult but other than those issues everything works great!! We have been able solve some problems regarding tracking client documents using One-Stop Tracking System by uploading them into an electronic document library instead sending paper copies back & forth between us via email etc..
