My motorhome is 17 years old and when I bought it 3 years ago it came with some basic old extensions on internal twin wheels. The old ones were just hanging around and looked very worn so I needed new ones. I was worried about how well they would work because some reviewers said they would leak, which is the last thing I want. I have had tire problems in the past and needed a product I could rely on. I've had them for about a year now and they've worked great so far. I think some people overtighten these things during installation and it could leak. I lubricated the threads with threadlock and pulled the extensions onto the metal valve stems. So far I haven't had a single leak on a tire. I also really like how the extensions attach securely to the rims so they don't dangle like my old ones. It was also a good length for my bipeds because I've tried others that were too short. All in all, these expansions are exactly what I needed and hoped for.
