Our four goldfish have outgrown their 10 gallon starter tank. We know we will get more fish and we want the ecosystem to thrive. We chose petco to take advantage of the 50% discount on large tanks. We are very happy with the purchase. I would never buy a glass tank online. But I prefer glass tanks for my aquariums. It's sealed very well. It didn't come with a cap like a larger tank should. I bought a flip mesh lid for the terrarium and modified it to suit my needs as I didn't want a glass lid. We're still tweaking it, lighting, ventilation and stuff like that. But I feel like we got a really good deal on size. And I love the quality of the Aqueon 40b tank that we got. My fish are more active and seem happier.
