I had to exchange it immediately, just because the giant accidentally broke it. This works great because I can position my phone at exactly the distance and angle I need while driving. I have an outlet and charging case on my phone and it handles the weight well. When I need to get in and out of the car, it comes off easily. I wrote this rave review above and unfortunately it broke today. That went on for a month and a half. One side when the socket holder is just broken. 😤
