What's not in the box: 1) Wash your hair with a clarifying shampoo. 2) Blow dry your hair until it is 98% dry. 3) Apply. 4) Wait 5) Rinse, rinse, condition, deep condition with heated lid. 6) Done Of course it takes a whole day (several hours) if you do it yourself, but for $7 it's more than worth it. Thank you Garnier Nutriss! Anyone who complains about this product has done something wrong. A) your hair was messy when you applied it, or B) you chose the wrong color.
