WE LOVE OUR NESPRESSO! I did a lot of research before ordering this machine. I went back and forth trying to choose between this and newer models, I'm glad I chose this one. It's slim, small, but don't let the size fool you, it definitely does the job. The espresso comes out hot and delicious. We love styrofoam too! However, you have to be careful not to add too many milliliters because sometimes it overflows when it foams. Hope both last long. I ordered this during COVID19 and it arrived earlier than expected. The box arrived somewhat crumpled, but the goods are intact. The expessos that came in as easy were a great starter and they had NOT expired. I know this has been a problem for many people. In general, we are very satisfied with our machines!
