Healthy change for my opinion
I unboxed these today and found the amount of containers very plentiful! I also downloaded their app and look forward to trying out this new lifestyle change of portion control and healthy food. My only question is, can you not have dairy at all besides cheese for a fat on this diet? Itβs definitely making me rethink my eating and I want to see where this journey takes me. The only issue I see is that its crazy to deal with that many little containers per a day because they are easy to drop if you're trying to grab them all at once.
- These are cool. Seem a little cheap, but handy and helpful
- The kit may not include enough containers for a full day's worth of meals
