I've been looking for self heating lunch boxes for a long time but they all had flaws - too small, difficult to clean etc. THIS was exactly what I was looking for! I can use my own containers and the size is perfect. It heats well and is easy to clean as it uses my own utensils. I like the thoughtful opening at the back where you can thread the cord and the pocket to store it in while you wear it. As an added bonus, it includes mini silicone gloves for lifting the hot container and foil sheets for wrapping food. It's so versatile and so comfortable! You can use all kinds of heatproof containers or wrap your food in foil and it will turn out great! I had Chinese leftovers when I first tried this. My food stayed cold in a thermal bag out of the fridge from morning to afternoon, and then it lasted about 20 minutes. fully warm up. And my rice has a nice texture, unlike microwave. I'm so happy I finally found what I wanted in a heated lunch box.
