I'm upgrading from crappy plastic you can get at Target or Walmart. Where they really work, these spatulas are a huge upgrade. I've had them for a little over a week and I've used them quite a bit already. They work great with my stainless steel pans. I've made sandwiches on the grill and very lightly sliced the sammy with the edges of the spatula. My pans stay clean while cooking because it's easier to avoid sticking material that the plastic can't remove from the pan. However, I would be wary of them if you have non-stick pans. The spatulas are so strong I think you could peel the coating right off the pan. But I don't use non-stick anymore, so all is good. Good product. I am sure that they will serve me for many years.
