I have a cp900 Arachnid and a couple of the tips broke off flush with the board. So I need something to beat them according to the target's instructions. I've read reviews of those saying it didn't work for them, but give it a try. I made sure the tool goes through an open hole, which tells me it should work. From there, the reality is that dart tips can get stuck in the board pretty well. I was hoping that I would just push through, but that didn't happen. And like others, I was a little concerned that I might be pushing too hard. I figured another tool wouldn't be my answer as they just got stuck. So I turned to technology. I lined up, making sure I was in the slot, and aimed for the top. Do this by applying light pressure to keep it in place. Then I hit the back of the instrument with my palm. A few good shots and he blew it! I don't think I damaged the board, but I took a small leap of faith. So I'm not sure about those who didn't work that day. It can only be due to stubborn advice and/or lack of technique compared to the tool.
