Review on Lux Decor Collection Egyptian Chocolate by Nathan Vaughn

Update (9/14/19): I received the bedding set and was initially impressed with the quality and softness. Even the packaging was beautiful. However, I thought that the stitching in one of the pillowcases came undone after washing, but after inspecting the pillowcase, it turned out that the edges were not fully sewn (factory defect). I contacted Lux Decor and to my surprise they responded to the situation quickly and efficiently. They sent me a replacement pillowcase and I received it within 2 days. I am impressed with their customer service and how well they handled the situation. Received 5 stars for good product and good customer service. First rating (2 stars): pillowcases and duvet are very soft. The packaging was good and I was very excited to put on my new cases. I washed everything before I put it on. However, the stitching on one of the pillowcases completely unraveled after one wash. I haven't used them yet so I was very disappointed. Is there any way to replace one of the pillowcases?
